## Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Quality Operations (OQO) has a need for a new Fiber Analyzer (also referred to as instrument, equipment, or system within the text of this SOW. The Contractor shall provide the BEP, OQO with a Fiber Analyzer, including an instrument, controller on-site installation, on-site training, and preventive maintenance for four additional years after the base year, with all the components required for the instrument to be operational.
