Under this requirement, the contractor shall provide the delivery, installation, acceptance, associated deliverables, and training of the requirement herein. No prototypes, refurbished, one-of-a-kind, or two-of-a-kind systems will be considered. The system must include the latest and current version of operating and data analysis software.
