The Government intends to award a sole source contract with ChemCeed LLC, utilizing “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” IAWFAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Anticipated award date will be March 20, 2025. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation will not be posted.
