The intended contractor is Giesecke & Devrient Currency Technology America. The service plan will include preventative maintenance, remedial maintenance, replacements parts, software support, telephone support, on-call maintenance, as well as travel, delivery, time, labor, and equipment necessary to support this service plan at both currency facilities, Washington D.C. (DCF) and Fort Worth, TX (WCF). See attached Performance Work Statement for additional details. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information, or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
