Updated on March 12, 2024 to revise the Notice ID number from 2031ZA24R00009 to 2031ZA24Q00164. THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE – The Department of Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Chief Procurement, is preparing to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

**REQUIREMENT:** Bulk Solvents and Delivery.

**NAICS:** 325199 All Other Basic Organic Chemical Manufacturing. This is a Total Small Business Set- Aside.

**SOLICITATION:** The solicitation is anticipated to be posted on or about 29 March 2024. WEBSITE: SAM.gov. This requirement is for the procurement of bulk solvents and delivery in accordance with Bureau of Engraving and Printing requirements.

1. Odorless Mineral Spirits (100% CAS# 64741-65-7)/1,870 gal/Drums (55-gal).

2. VSC Isomet (Valley Solvents & Chemicals product)/1,870 gal/Drums (55-gal).

3. WD-40®/385 gal/Drums (55-gal).

4. Dipropylene Glycol Butyl Ether (>=99% CAS# 29911-28-2)/660 gal/Drums (55-gal).

5. 142 Flash (100% CAS# 64742-47-8)/3,850 gal/Totes (350-gal) .

6. Böttcherin Offset 4050 (Böttcher Systems product)/11,220 gal/Totes (3.0-gal).
