This requirement is for LexisNexis Digital Library Subscription. Based on market research, RELX Inc is the only vendor that meets the requirements below. Data consistency/comparability: LexisNexis Digital Library provides core titles in banking, administrative law, and federal practice, that are essential tools for the OCC. The collection includes titles in eBook and print formats, regularly updated with current law, which are proprietary and not available from any other legal publisher. Additionally, the LexisNexis Digital Library supports the integration of eBooks from other publishers covering economics onto its platform, making the system valuable to economists as well. The eBook platform is essential to support the OCC employees who work at locations outside of headquarters and require desktop access to legal and finance information.
