## Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) hereby publicizes the intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order on a non-competitve basis to Avasant, LLC. The requirement is for: Avasant Information Technology (IT) Benchmarking Subscription Information technology (IT) benchmarking is used to compare practices of one organization to another to help facilitate efficiency in operations. The data provided for comparison needs to have at least 30 years of data. The major IT Benchmarks are:

1) IT Spending Benchmark;

2) Total Cost of Ownership;

3) Staffing and Salary;

4) IT Infrastructure Services;

5) Digital and Application Services;

6) Business process outsourcing (BPO) Services;

7) Digital and Application Services;

8) BPO Services;

9) Cloud Enterprise Agreements; and 10) IT Software License. Acquisition of Commercial Items (FAR Part 12) and Simplified Acquisitions (FAR Part 13) apply to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding.

This notice is not a request for quote; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to the synopsis.
