## Description

In accordance with Library of Congress Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (LCFARS) LC06.305(a) and FAR subpart 13.5, a copy of this Justification and Approval (J&A) is being posted on SAM.gov as a presolicitation notice prior to requesting a proposal or otherwise entering into negotations. In summary, it is the Library of Congress' (Library's) intent to award a contract directly to CineCert, Inc. | UEI E41PQJ63QG86 Below is the background and scope for this work. C.1 OVERVIEW/BACKGROUND.

The Library of Congress (Library) requires contract support to provide maintenance and support for the Digital Video System (DVS) Clipster Gen6 MK1 equipment at the Library of Congress, National Audio Video Conservation Center (NAVCC) production facility. C.2 SCOPE. The Contractor will maintain [NS1] the equipment covered under this contract to ensure it is in good working condition, according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
