The contract will promote and enroll patients into the National ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) Registry by providing continuous outreach, education, awareness (e.g., facilitate ALS patient computer access to the National ALS Registry web portal; provide educational materials; use social media, etc.) to persons with ALS, their families, caregivers, and researchers. Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California – Sacramento Area, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within 15 of days of the issuance of this notice shall be considered by the government.

A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
