## Description

1.3 Objectives Advanced cleanings of ensembles are required twice annually at minimum according to the 2020 NFPA 1851 standard. The NFPA 1851 standard 2020 edition also calls for advanced inspections of all elements at least once a year or as needed based on findings found during routine inspections.

1.4 Scope Vendor to supply the following twice per year: 25 Helmets to receive advanced cleaning and inspection IAW NFPA 1851; 2020 edition 40 Hoods to receive advanced cleaning and inspection IAW NFPA 1851; 2020 edition 63 Coats to receive advanced cleaning and inspection IAW NFPA 1851; 2020 edition 25 Pairs of Gloves to receive advanced cleaning and inspection IAW NFPA 1851; 2020 edition 63 Pants to receive advanced cleaning and inspection IAW NFPA 1851; 2020 edition 25 Pairs of Boots to receive advanced cleaning and inspection IAW NFPA 1851; 2020 edition 1 Misc. Repair for firefighter gear IAW NFPA 1851; 2020 edition
