All quotes should be based on the attached SOW and Janitorial Services Check List. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 561720 – Janitorial Services. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is $22 million. This requirement will be competed as a commercial item on the open market with 100% Small Business set-aside.c The government will award to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. Vendors must provide a 2-3-page document outlining their experience and capabilities in performing Janitorial Services. **Notice to Offerors:** Funds are not presently available for this requirement.
