## Description

Amendment 002 purpose is to change the RFQ due date to January 12, 2026. The instructions are amended to reflect this date. There are no addtonal changes.

Amendment 001 purpose is to update the Attachment - 1 Pricing Table to correct the period of perfomanced dates and the quote change the period of performance date(s) and date quote should be valid through. There are no additional changes. The U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms (SAA) requires an authorized reseller of Cohesity for backup storage of SAA data.
