## Description

The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1300 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a one (1) mile radius of Metro Centre at Owings Mills, Grand Central Ave, Owings Mills, MD 21117. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately three (3) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.

Draft Lease document and Proposal spreadsheets attached. Responses should include proposed rental amount (to include CAM, taxes, and insurance).
