It is anticipated that this contract actions will also extend the period of performance of the contract for an additional 12-months (October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027) to accommodate anticipated aircraft deliveries and a continuation of UAS operational and maintenance services on the existing aircraft fleet. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. A redacted Justification and Approval will be posted in accordance with FAR 6.305(a). All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via e-mail to brenda.mealer@cbp.dhs.gov prior to the closing date of this notice.
