The Government may use the responses to this notice for information and planning purposes. The DRAFT SOW is for performance-based acquisitions and clearly describes the scope of the services and the contractors' expected performance objectives and standards. The DRAFT SOW may vary from the work scope in the final SOW included in the request for quotations. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated. The anticipated performance is 15 August 2025 through 14 August 2026.
