## Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to maintain two (2) SEM Disintegrators Model 301 and one (1) SEM Disintegrator Model 1424. All consumable items (cleaners, rags, grease, tools etc.) for scheduled & corrective maintenance Perform Quarterly Scheduled Maintenance on each listed SEM units, (four (4) times within the period of performance) in accordance with manufactures Operation/Maintenance manual SEE ALSO ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK
