## Description

NAVSUP Contracting, Site Okinawa intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order, in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, to Thermo Scientific Portable Analytical Instruments Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Please see attached for more details in regards to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations.

A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement by the notice closing date. A copy of the solicitation may be requested via email to the Contracting Officer listed below
