This purchase order is required to provide InfoBase Defense & Aerospace Competitive Intelligence Service (DACIS), DoD Budget (Budget) & Defense Mergers & Acquisitions (DM&A) for approximately 20 users. DACIS Professional includes Newswire, Company, Contracts, Programs and Customers. The period of performance for this purchase order is: **Base Period of Performance:** 9/29/2025 – 9/28/2030 This pre-solicitation notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all expressions of interest received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government.
