## Description

In accordance with FAR 13.106-3(c), the purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the Library's Source Selection Evaluation Board (SSEB) has completed its initial evaluation of all quotations received in response to the subject RFQ. After careful review of the SSEB’s consensus ratings provided after a thorough technical evaluation using the criteria established in the RFP, and analysis of the proposed pricing, the Contracting Officer (CO) has determined that the Best Value to the Library is the offer from Adavico, Inc.
