## Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) hereby announces its intent to solicit and enter into a sole source bridge contract with Innovative Driven (ID), 1700 North Monroe Street, Suite 1500, Arlington, VA 22209 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This action will provide services for continued litigation support services for the OCC’s Chief Counsel Office until the new contract is awarded.

The OCC requires ID to provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud services solutions for a litigation support system that addresses the following parts of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM); Legal Hold Management; Processing and Hosting; Review and Analysis; and Production. The Government recently added a cloud-based instance of Relativity One Government.

The Government’s general intent is for ID to migrate data from its system to the Government’s system and continue to perform all services of this contract regardless of whether the workspaces are in the Contractor’s system or the Government’s system. The steady state after migration would be that the Contractor would maintain (to include create, delete, archive, etc) workspaces solely in the Government’s system. The period of performance is 02.06.24 – 08.05.24, a base of 6-months and one 3-month option period.

This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received within five days after date of publication of this notice. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice.

Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC. Responses must be submitted in writing to Danielle Pena via email at Danielle.pena@occ.treas.gov, no later than the timeframe noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be received.
