An acquisition plan is not required because this procurement does not meet the threshold in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) 207.103(d)(i)(B). The DES Support Services contract was awarded on 9 February 2024. This contract award was a result of corrective action taken by the government in January 2024 from a previous post-award GAO protest submitted in October 2023. The corrective action consisted of a new past performance evaluation and new award decision. This extension is required due to a post-award GAO protest submitted on 20 February 2023.
