In addition, the FFRDC shall provide complex enterprise acquisitions and analytics, technical oversight, guidance, performance management, governance, change management, and monitoring of the development, integration, implementation, and Operation & Maintenance of integrated solutions that support longitudinal health record process from the time the service member transitions from DoD to VA and beyond through a unified EHR system. FFRDC shall provide the following tasks: Strategic Management Support Procurement (Support and Evaluation) Program and Project Management Technical Management Support Evaulation and Audit Digital Front Door (DFD) Initiative – Journey Mapping and personal development MITRE is a DoD sponsored Federal Funded Resrarch and Development Center (FFRDC) and can provide research and analysis per FAR 35.017-3(b)(3). All responsible sources may identify their interest by submitting a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
