## Description

**US Bankruptcy Court, Furniture for AV Upgrade Project:** - Santa Ana, CA All, Our Court is requesting a quote for furniture designed, custom manufactured, delivered and installed by the vendor for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (USBC) located in Santa Ana, as described in the attached Uniform Contract Format (UCF) Request for Proposal.

The UCF contains specifications and drawings intended to provide the Furniture contractor sufficient information to adequately provide estimated pricing, subsequent installation, and delivery for the customized furniture items. Bids should contain separate line items and cost for each item and must include referenced past performance within the last (3) years of the date of this solicitation. Please acknowledge acceptance of this solicitation and your participation in providing a bid.

**NOTE:** All prospective contractors are invited to a walk-thru of the space scheduled for Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 10:00AM (PST). Participation in the walk-thru is required for eligibility to submit a proposal. The walk-thru will start promptly at 10:00AM at the first-floor lobby of the United States Bankruptcy Court, 411 West Fourth Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701.
