## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.

Quote submission: All quotes will be required to be on business letterhead to include a breakdown of estimated materials needed, labor, man hours, travel cost and number of workers needed to complete the project. The solicitation number is 20190PR240000092 prior number was 20190PR240000055 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Government Estimate.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2023-05 Effective Date 08/08/2023, HSAR 5/2/2021, HSAM 07/25/2023, CGAP Change Notice 2023-05. SERVICE CONTRACT ACT WD # 2015-5545 REVISION # 23 LAST REVISED DATE DECEMBER 26, 2023 APPLIES This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.
