The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no formal solicitation package is available. However, prospective contractors who believe they can successfully propose must provide specific detailed technical documentation to support such claims of abilities. No award will be made on the basis of any proposal or other information received in response to this notice, and this is a notification of intent to acquire supplies/services and not a request for proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
