## Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. The U.S Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with the incumbent vendor for Asset Forfeiture Support services. The Contractor shall provide these services in accordance with the requirements of this SOW. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541199. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available.
