## Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Neevsys, Inc. 10005 Oakton Crossing CT., Oakton, Virginia 22124, under their OASIS+ 8(a) contract for an analyst to provide Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Services for CBP's Office of Field Operations. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334220. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations.
