The intended contract is for the continuous use of the current vehicle in place. The anticipated period of performance will be from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026. The contract will be for a 12-month base year. The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). It is imperative at this time that this effort be supported by the contractor that possesses institutional knowledge of the current support being provided to AMOC and the AMOC COOP locations. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Corp Ten International. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. If any contractors feel they can meet the requirements, please contact the Contract Specialist by email at nykia.warren@cbp.dhs.gov by the response date and time listed with this notice.
