Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Business and Engineering Systems Corp, 20098 Ashbrook PL, STE 200, Ashburn, VA 20147 for 4DV Insight software licenses and engineering support for the USBP Headquarters Intelligence, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington DC 20004. Period of performance 9/30/2025 to 9/29/2026.

The NAICS code for this procurement is 513210, Small Business size standard $41.5 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available.
