## Description

The purpose of this presolicitation notice is to inform the vendor community that CBP intends to issue a RFQ under the NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) GWAC (Government-Wide Acquisition Contract) to Group B, C, D (NAICS 541519) on or about March 10 for the procurement of the hardware and software listed in the attached draft Bill of Materials and Statement of Work for a Tower Upgrade project in the Arizona sector.

The current infrastructure includes the following hardware and software: IBM Power servers, x86 servers, IBM Aspera High-Speed Transfer Servers (HSTS), Maximo Visual Inspection (MVI), Equitus Video Sentinel (EVS) Software, Milestone software, Red Hat, CBP Modular Google Environment (MAGE) and a searchable metadata repository.

This acquisition and delivery of brand name equipment or equivalent/better TIM server equipment, licensing, and maintenance compatible or better than the items specified in the Bill of Materials (BOM) is required to provide CBP TIM solution to the remaining C2CENs in the Tucson Sector to include Ajo, San Miguel and Casa Grande Arizona. The Contractor shall propose technologies and a complete integration services to deliver equivalent infrastructure/data equipment and parts to that outlined in the BOM. The Contractor is responsible for performing necessary ancillary services to deliver, install, configure , integrate and operate the requested HW/SW infrastructure.
