## Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with the incumbant vendor WHENEVER COMMUNICATIONS LLC for the purchase and continuation of 33 Iridium Satellite Phone services. It is important that numbers of the phones do not change, and that there is no lapse in services if SIM cards need to be replaced.

The NAICS code for this procurement is 517410. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available.
