## Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to issue a sole source contract to ForeFlight, LLC for Aeronautical Navigation Flight Charts. These charts must provide domestic flight planning, navigation, aviation weather and terminal charting that integrates with portable ADS-B receivers.

The government requires ForeFlight Military Flight Bag Performance charts to help execute CBP’s missions The anticipated contract period of performance will be from September 20, 2024 through September, 19, 2025. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time.
