The sole source is due to Worldnet currently having the capacity and the infrastructure in place to provide CAMOC the service needed. Worldnet is the only authorized contractor capable of providing this service at the CBP locations in Puerto Rico. Additional details are provided in the attached sole source justification. If any contractors feel they can meet the requirements please contact the contracting officer by email at Michael.A.Hall@dhs.gov by the response date and time listed with this notice.
