## Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Deep Trekker Inc, 2-155 Washburn Dr, Kitchener, N2R 1S1, ON Canada for the purchase of a Deep Trekker Revolution ROV system for CBP's Seaport Operations Group (SOG) and Mobile Response Team (MRT). The NAICS code for this procurement is 334511. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations.
