## Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award to Agilent Technologies. The requirement is to provide repairs to GC/MS G7077B serial number US1807M019 to replace the 5977 EI Extraction Analyzer/Support and 5977B transfer line assembly, along with a new “New Duo 3 RVP” (turbo pump). . Period of performance: 90 Days after receipt of order The sole source justification is attached to this posting as well as the Statement of Work (SOW).

The sole source is due to the complexity of the specialized equipment that is provided by Agilent and requires their own certified technicians to install their parts. Additional details are provided in the attached sole source justification.
