This acquisition will support Air and Marine Operations (AMO) for ad-hoc aircraft maintenance services and purchases, that are not within the scope of the current 70B02C20C00000024 (P-3 Aircraft Maintenance and Logistic Services) and 70B02C21C00000005 (National Aircraft and Maintenance Logistics Services) contracts. Services may include: • Major and minor aircraft modifications; • Heavy aircraft maintenance such as depot level support; • Purchase of related parts and equipment, and, • Engineering services. CBP intends to establish a single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. It is anticipated that period of performance will be five (5) 12- month ordering periods. This requirement will be set-aside for Total Small Business (per FAR 19.5). Resultant task orders will be issued as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), Labor Hour (LH), and reimbursable line items or hybrid contracts depending on combinations of services being ordered.
