Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using the full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Amarillo, Texas at the Amarillo International Airport. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 2,624 ANSI/BOMA office are a and 1 adjacent parking space. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
