## Description

The consultant(s) will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and other items as required to provide the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center (CVVAMC) Boiler Plant with site-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs), detailed in Scope, and corresponding training service for CVVAMC staff.

The developed procedures and training will conform to VHA Directive 1810, Boiler and Boiler Plant Operations, dated January 4, 2023; VHA Boiler and Associated Plant Safety Device Testing Manual, Eighth Edition, dated February 2024; and all applicable laws, codes, and regulations. The consultant(s) must be certified and credentialed as consultants of the Boiler Efficiency Institute (BEI). Intent to Sole Source Notice Attached
