## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT. The Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW) intends to solicit and award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with TrillaMed LLC. (30100 Telegraph Rd. Suite 366 Bingham Farms, MI 48025) in accordance with the 41 U.S.C. § 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). The contract's anticipated effective date is September 15, 2024, for 60 days or until delivery completion.

This contract is for a temperature and humidity monitoring system that can operate with the current database, which is Temptrak, for the VA San Diego Spinal Cord and Community Living Center. 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. The NAICS code is 334513, Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

Telephone requests will not be accepted. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which the agency shall consider. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.

All capability statements shall be sent to the points of contact below and received no later than 12:00 PM CST on March 8, 2024. The determination by the Government not to compete in this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within its discretion. This synopsis does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to the synopsis.
