## Description

The 436th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a direct award to FAAC Incorportaed 1229 OAK VALLEY DR, ANN ARBOR, MI 48108 USA 83703-2741 (SAM UEI: UY43FBN7NHK8) for the 2025 MILO Platinum Warranty. The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source. Interested organizations may submit clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the needed commodity in writing to daniel.kim.55@us.af.mil and justin.bordalo@us.af.mil or 436CONS.PKB.ORG@us.af.mil no later than 12:00 pm (EST), 27 January 2025.
