## Description

The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source, contract to Crash Data Group, Inc. PO Box 892885, Temecula, CA 92589, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The proposed contract action is for the acquisition of a Bosch Crash Data Recovery System Kit for Kia, Hyundai, and Tesla.

Due to the need for compatibility with the current system and the status as sole distributer for Bosch, Crash Data Group is the only source authorized to provide the Bosch Crash Data Recovery System Kit for Kia, Hyundai, and Tesla. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this simplified acquisition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.

The circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement. Interested organizations, who believe they can meet the requirement, may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requirement in writing to clay.schott@us.af.mil and Jake.montalbano@us.af.mil by the response date stated in this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No requests for proposals or quotes will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
