PO Box 892885, Temecula, CA 92589, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The proposed contract action is for the acquisition of a Bosch Crash Data Recovery System Kit for Kia, Hyundai, and Tesla. Due to the need for compatibility with the current system and the status as sole distributer for Bosch, Crash Data Group is the only source authorized to provide the Bosch Crash Data Recovery System Kit for Kia, Hyundai, and Tesla. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this simplified acquisition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. The circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement.
