## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1903 set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) (A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

Naval Sea Systems Command Surface Warfare Center Carderock (NSSCSWCC) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for replacement parts to PCB Piezotronics, 3425 Walden Avenue, Depew, New York 14304-2417. A sole source justification has been reviewed and approved by the Small Business Professional; however the justification is not required to be posted. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Address questions to David Crouch, at david.w.crouch3.civ@us.navy.mil.
