The Embassy plans to award a firm-fixed-price contract with an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) component for temporary additional services. The contract will have one base year and four option years. Scope of Work. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for full gardening and grounds maintenance at U.S. Government-owned or -managed properties in Lusaka. Services include, but are not limited to: Lawn care: grass cutting, edging, trimming, weeding, and turf repair Pruning of trees, shrubs, and hedges Leaf and debris removal Watering Pest and disease control Upkeep of all designated green spaces The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
