The Embassy of the United States in Apia, Samoa, will release a solicitation for LGF Taxi Transportation Services. The Government plans to issue solicitation on or about the mid to last week of August 2025. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract/purchase order based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract/purchase order will be firm fixed price. For all awards with total amount of $30K and above, all contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database - https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
