The Contractor shall provide labor; materials and fully comprehensive work to perform Make Ready and Repair services that might include carpentry, plumbing, painting, welding, and electrical works. This solicitation may result in an award of a purchase order to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant purchase order will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on SAM.gov and the U.S. Embassy website at the end of May 2024. Please see RFQ for actual proposal response date.
