The Contractor must have extensive experience providing printing services and be capable of delivering high-quality work in accordance with the technical requirements outlined in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) package. The Contractor shall submit a quotation inclusive of VAT (if applicable) and any other anticipated charges. The quotation must address all elements of this Statement of Work (SOW) and demonstrate the Contractor's ability to provide qualified personnel, necessary equipment, and sufficient financial resources to perform the required work. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to HanoiGSOProcurement@state.gov no later than October 22, 2026, at 17:00 local time. Quotations received after this deadline will not be accepted. All quotations must be submitted in English; incomplete proposals will not be considered. The U.S. Government intends to establish the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quotation that meets all solicitation requirements. Quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 120 calendar days and must include all applicable taxes and other charges relevant to the U.S. Embassy Hanoi, Vietnam. We intend to award the BPA based on initial quotations, without holding discussions.
