## Description

The U.S. Embassy Hanoi seeks qualified expert legal advice on a number of issues related to Vietnamese labor law and applicable regulations. This expert advice is required because of the frequent changes and updates in the local labor laws and regulations. Having a local legal counsel on retainer will be extremely helpful for post in dealing with the complexity of Vietnamese labor statutes. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with 02 (two) one-year options. The contract period, including a maximum of two option years, may not exceed three years.
