## Description

The U.S. Embassy Hanoi seeks qualified expert legal advice on a number of issues related to Vietnamese labor law and applicable regulations. This expert advice is required because of the frequent changes and updates in the local labor laws and regulations. Having a local legal counsel on retainer will be extremely helpful for the Embassy in dealing with the complexity of Vietnamese labor statutes. The contractor shall furnish all direct and indirect costs, insurance, overhead, general administrative expense, travel expenses and profit to accomplish all services as required in the contract. Anticipated performance is for one base year period and continuing with two one-year options to renew.
