## Description

The U.S. Embassy London intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with qualified and responsible vendors to provide local removal services on an as-needed basis. A BPA is not a contract and does not obligate funds. Rather, it establishes the terms and conditions under which authorized government personnel may place calls for services. Only companies with proven capability and specialization in these services are encouraged to submit an offer.

Interested parties are required to download the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and submit information as required in Section 3 via email to Procurement_Box6@state.gov, ensuring that the email subject line references BPA I.D. #19UK5626A0011. Quotations must be received no later than 17:00 GMT on February 26, 2026
