Offerors may submit a quotation for either: A factory-built vehicle meeting the solicitation requirements; or An in-country/dealer stock (forecourt) vehicle that is acceptably similar and fully compliant with the mandatory specifications. Quotations must be submitted electronically to Procurement_Box7@state.gov with the subject line Solicitation No. 19UK5626P0780/V. Quotations must be received no later than 17:00 British Summer Time (BST) on August 5, 2026.
